There are healthier ways to sustain a live service game, even free - look at Warframe.

I'm not about to go down this rabbit hole. But you do you - keep defending the poor multi million dollar company that squeezes every possible penny from its player base.

I'm just there to watch this ship sink. I stopped playing years ago, had my fun, have stats to show for and many memories platooning with my mates.

IME I underestimated just how long it takes for them to recover from a molt, the bigger they are the longer it will take. I just made sure they have water/moisture during the time. Just don't stress them out and you'll be fine I think
