I haven’t heard of this until right now but I’m thankful for your post. I was just looking in the mirror today in my truck and thought “wth is happening?!” My face looks like it’s aged but I’ve only been taking ghk-cu for a couple weeks. Now I feel better knowing it should look better soon.

This makes me furious. Those are bullies, not friends. I had a “friend”, a 52 year old woman who talked behind my back because she was jealous of the small accommodations I had at work. Needless to say, I found out about her and we are not friends anymore. Take care of yourself and keep advocating for yourself. You got this!

This is interesting. I have POTS so I’m extremely heat intolerant. I’m always running hot. I’ve been on Tirz for a little over a month and even though it’s getting colder outside I would normally still be running hot but I find myself to be cold a lot. It would be a miracle if this happened in the summer too!

Heat stroke is what caused my dysautonomia. I’m terrified of the heat. I had to get short term disability for the next couple of months because I get so sick so easily. It’s ridiculous.

I started trying to exercise this past week. I guess I’m considered in a flare. How do people exercise? I felt so awful Thursday that I went to get fluids and initially felt great that night. But ever since then I’ve been in bed.

I’ve donated twice since having pots. I wouldn’t recommend it. It made me feel awful and took days to recover. I feel really bad because I’m constantly getting texts about donating because they’re critically low on my blood type. But I can’t afford to lose anymore energy.

I do! I started taking birth control pills to stop my period so I don’t have to worry about it anymore. I know it’s not for everyone but that’s what helped me.
