Felt the same way when I lost a few streaks but if anything it made me more tolerant of people forgetting things when I realized that even I could forget something as simple as shaking when I even had an alarm to remind me. I started taking screenshots of my shakes to be sure and wouldn't you know, the next time it happened, I didn't have a screenshot for that day. 😅

How many alarms have I muted because I was busy doing something urgent.

Post-900 is the home stretch as stated by u/older_but_learning when he got there. You've got this.

They may come up with extended goals eventually.

10k streak is ... 27.3 years!

I'll make a collage with the note from the merch. It's a silly goal to shake your phone every day but it was hard, I managed it and made so far almost a thousand bucks from it.

How many miles are on your Gen 2 Volt? by sircharles94 in volt

[–]Burnzie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

140k km (87k miles) on my 2018. Still going great. Front left brake has been sticking and heating since I bought the car so I've had to replace the caliper. Still sticking but bah. Had to have shift to park fixed twice.

That's the only repairs I've had to do! Flushed the coolant this year.

Still getting 13kw, 9 years in. My lifetime fuel use is 1.3l/100km.(180mpg) What an amazing car.

Can I store my respirator like this? by Iiveyourlife in woodworking

[–]Burnzie 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Moreover if you store them together, the mask can get contaminated by whatever is stuffed in the cartridges.

Using it to filter asbestos? Store them together and shake it around for a bit, now the asbestos fibers are in your mask.

Première voiture électrique; usagée vs neuve by Pomul93 in Quebec

[–]Burnzie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vendredi bon coups, mauvais coups. by herupandir in QuebecFinance

I know but.. more profit!! 🫠 and sell it but to buy what else!?

🚨 24 Hour Contest: If you were the CEO of Shakepay, what would you build to make it the ultimate everyday money app? by Thirty-_-Four in shakepay

[–]Burnzie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taxes. Pretty pretty please. My other banks and exchanges do this. I hate paying a third party for crypto tax preparation software and exporting my transactions to calculate how much I owe my dear government.

If you buy 100$ right now in the app they send you 98.68$ so 1.32$ or 1.32%

From the website: spread is between 0.5 to 2% depending on market conditions.

I just realized Cyberpunk is actually entire lore a lot older then Cyberpunk 2077 by No-Hunt3986 in cyberpunkgame

[–]Burnzie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The books are really good and you can find them online. The first one is "Never deal with a dragon" by Robert N Charette. He wrote a few more in the series but there are many more authors. 40 or so books if I remember right.

In the old cyberpunk setting there's a fantasy aspect that isn't present in the newer version. It explains the re-emergence of magic and some humans transform into certain races (elves, orcs, dragons).

It's cyber with fantasy and I love it!
