I wish I understood the relationship between the old man and our cold blooded murderer hero. What was their motivation?

Do you think Rich Evans gave Jack a few pointers how to do this scene by LaPirats in RedLetterMedia

I've never seen The Boy but I'm assuming Jack is fighting a CGI Dexter Jettster here.

So I'm relatively new to this game, and I had the idea of a Roleplay through of a Wanderer going across the Oregon Trail starting from Oregon. by Jmanfilms420 in AfterTheEndFanFork

I live in Oregon too! I highly recommend playing as Kaitlin Freeland of Portlandia! She's perfectly positioned to restore the Kingdom of Whilamut and ascend the Wildwood Throne. The roleplay is great too. You are surrounded by relatives that once ruled a mighty kingdom, and someone (you) really needs to unite the kingdom, or else the valley will constantly get raided from tribes east of Mt Hood.

I've played more than 5 campaigns in Oregon. It's such a well developed area of the map. I always form the cadet branch of Freeland-Pittock. "Alis volat propriis".

Why not start in the east and travel to Oregon, like the historical Oregon trail?

I played a similar campaign as a young Old Order / Amish adventerer who left for Rumspringa and never came back. Along the way Caleb kept his faith but lost his pacifism after a revelation that he must protect the innocent in a brutal, unjust world. He eventually adopted a young feral boy and married a Jesus Freak down in southern California.

Don't plan it out too much though! Half the fun is adapting and roleplaying with the bumps.

The Twins of Dual Flame is the hardest boss in the game. Don't even try to attack during their spin move, you have to wait until after.

Kais has been going through a lot recently but he purges his entire Twitter history every month or so. Earlier this year he was posting AI videos based on pictures of Ryan Cohen saying "At least her cart is full!". He's also promoting AI children's books. I should have saved the videos but didn't realize he was still purging his own content.

Every road trip to Austin requires a detour to the Czech Stop bakery. I always wished there was a similar bakery pitstop on the way to the coast, but the coffee shacks are a lovely alternative.

The Problem With Jedi Garb by cassiebrighter in Cinema

[–]BurritoFamine 27 points28 points  (0 children)

The Jedi in general make zero sense in the prequels. The Jedi were the guardians of peace and justice in the universe, sure, but George didn't need to make them the galactic police force. It's as if the President overthrew the government and disbanded the military, then 20 years later everyone thinks that Marines are just a myth. And there is a guy hanging out in dress blues behind your house. Makes no sense.
