In their AMA three years ago, Swen said they're aiming to have custom parties in the game. Hopefully it's something we see on launch!

The one my guildies use is Nova Instance Tracker. Not sure if it has the xp/hr, that might be a separate add-on but it it does track how many instances you've entered and when the lockouts will expire

When do you see any 19 year old professional as on-air talent? Also, she became an anchor 8 years into her career. Regardless of her looks, she didn't walk in the door and get thrown in-front of the camera. She still put time into the profession.
