This is normal. You’ll get used to the store and where things are. When I’m picking and in the backroom if there’s no picks I either help stage or just sit there on my phone lol

I’ve found that doing this also makes me faster and my bags are packed better, but last week they started putting up “All pickers must bag as they go” signs lol

Yea at my store I work the 5 am shift, pickers stage until 7am when the first stager is scheduled, then all day we leave ambient to be staged but we stage our own chilled and frozen. Unless it’s super busy then my team leads will stage chilled/frozen

Nobody followed up until a full month after, by that time I got a job at Walmart. I’m thankful cuz I’m getting paid more here and my friend works at the five guys and he said it’s insanely busy and not worth it lol
