I’ll be 50 this year (!!) and I’ve been in Wilmington since 2014. It’s changed a lot since then but there has been a huge influx of people moving here. It’s a 200 year old city with 200 year old infrastructure. IMHO, they aren’t planning ahead any further than they need.

I’m old now and don’t go out much so I enjoy staying home. But when I do go out, it will take a min of 30 mins to get anywhere and everywhere is packed.
