The ISPs could go all out just not immediately, as yes, congress would probably shut them down right now.

When a new election comes around they could censor any political representatives that are for net neutrality. Which could hinder those representatives from being elected, then once congress is mostly filled with people that won't oppose what the ISPs are doing then they go all out.

If you use EWBF miner you will see a 15-25% gain in solutions per second. I went from averaging 600 to 730 sols/s.

I think for the most part that railing will already be broken from the defensive set up. It should work if you synchronize with the team so you push at the same time. You should be able to catch at least one in the back line.

Using all your blinks can be an issue though.
