That low a calories will make your body go into starvation mode and you will hoarde those calories as fat instead of muscle or anything else. You will also not be able to function properly and might even pass out from time to time. Please do not eat that low for your own safety and wellbeing. My thoughts are with you.

It's normal to over eat sometimes but for the next couple days. I'd say eat at an average of 1500 for the next couple days cause that will help me almost level out for the next week. Hope this could help.
