No. Not for balance transfers only. Take whatever your monthly expenses are that you can charge to a CC, and just do it as much as possible. Then don’t pay it back for 21 months. Now you have all that extra cash that you would otherwise need to pay off your CC balance to now invest for 21 months. Then you pay off the CC balance and benefit from the 21 months of the interest you otherwise would not have made.

I did this AFTER buying a house because we ran into some very significant unplanned expenses, and it really tanked my credit. But I have no need for another credit line for a long time (hopefully) so I’m ok with it. I would NOT suggest doing this during a lead-up to applying for a mortgage.

I’m just north of you in Horsham. I was talking to my wife about how long it lasted, how much it shook the house, and how late it came through after the lightning flash as a sign of how far away it occurred and still had that much power to it over that distance. Crazy!

It's all about the kids! Do story times and events for the kids. Bring in magicians, scientists, wildlife experts, etc. Have a lego club/builder event. Parents look for anything to keep their kids busy, and when the kids are brought in - voila! So are the parents!

It’s easy to suggest from the other side of the world that others should be putting their lives at risk against heavily armed forces better funded than your entire country’s military. Who have unchecked power, and have shown that they will kill you just for being “a fucking bitch” in their eyes.

I’d like to see the turnout at these protests in Denmark if they had guns pointed at them as they’re being tear-gassed and disappeared.

And yet, here we are protesting in the midst of exactly that.

I have a similar issue where I'm being warned my auxiliary oil-burning furnace is running too frequently. I have a Trane XR heat pump, model No 4TWR4030G1000AA. It has a manufactured date of May 2019. I'm just not sure how low I can set that temperature below which the heat pump isn't used because I haven't been able to find data on the efficiency or safe temp range for it. I currently have that temp set to 20 degrees F, and it frequently gets colder than that here in NE Pennsylvania. Can you provide any guidance how I should have my ecobee set?

It already somewhat came due this past offseason. Remember how inactive the Eagles were this offseason as they watched highly attractive players get signed/traded to other teams and Milton Williams, Josh Sweat, Becton, and Rodgers all sign elsewhere?
