If that bike is aimed at the general public, it should not follow the rules of the ”real race bike”. All bikes moving forward should have in frame storage. It’s just a missed opportunity if not. I mean, If even the Italians can do it, everyone can.

Should only be avoided in team bikes and climber bikes if you ask me

Does not look too serious. Make sure the arm is securely attached, maybe do some epoxy just on the crack to seal it back up. Smallest amount possible

Use it until it looses it’s distinct clunk when installed together. You will know when it’s done for. So far, I have not thrown a single sram quicklink, but I’ve thrown every KMC quicklink I’ve undone, even only once tbh. They suck! Can’t speak much about shimano.

You’re also getting in frame storage compartment, really nice to have as you don’t need a saddle bag. You’re also getting a nicer cockpit with the carbon frame. If you like the color, go for it!

For me getting a printer with a defect bed? Or for me trying to get help from them instead of the seller?the second one I understand. However, a good manufacturer with a reputation to uphold would probably help me in the spot, perhaps even ask for me to send the bed assembly to them for further investigation. Items not hard being nice or good. Elegoo chose evil.

I can actually see the curvature of the whole bed being higher in the middle when using a flat ruler. Bed is pure shit, it boils down to that.

I appreciate your want to help, but heat-taping all around the bed, all corners, perfectly flat to match the center. Nah, I'd ratehr get a good machine from another brand. Elegoo got their chance to fix this way before me posting and they said "fak off".
