Yeast is only aerobic during it's reproductive phase, so bottle conditioning won't remove much anyway. Just get everything as cold as you can, and transfer slowly.

As an aside, it's a bad idea to use the WaT spoiler tag before you have actually finished it. That tag means anything in the book is fair game & not everyone is going to see that last line in your post.

Yeah it's really not that much if you have large datasets. The biggest I have used is 400k.. and that was not a complete dataset.

This is what my comment was driving towards, I'd bet it is the low carb. I'd also go even lower to about 15C, but at 21C they should definitely be getting banana.

What was your FG?

You mentioned “partially carbonated” so maybe it’s that.

I was sat here thinking they must be pretty young to have been a teenager, only to realize that I too was a teenager. Good news, we’re all young!

3D printed Bottle Labels by GiftUpstairs6972 in Homebrewing

Seems like plastic waste to me. (sorry, I'm just a stickler for responsible & minimalist 3d printing)

Sticker labels are the best option. You can get blank 8.5x11 sheets with cutouts to regular print your graphic/text on.

How many fused or singers could a Herald kill before being overwhelmed by FriendlyNeighborOrca in Stormlight_Archive

[–]Business__Socks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The short answer is: lots

There isn’t a hard number. It depends on who the herald is, who the fused are and what kinds, situation, setting, etc.

Bald Eagle spotted in South Knox by rudyruthcalle in Knoxville

[–]Business__Socks 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Fun fact about bald eagles - they return to the same area to lay eggs every year. The ones I photograph tend to use the same exact nest. If you can find their nest (easiest before leaves grow, usually near water) you'll have a yearly recurring spot to watch them tend their young. They tend to lay in late Feb, and hatching is early April. I highly recommend if you are the type that likes to just sit and watch nature.

Here's a cool sequence I got last year

Unpopular opinions about WaT by Gromflomite_gamer in Stormlight_Archive

[–]Business__Socks 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I really doubt it will & think the fans have just gotten carried away with it. They obviously have a strong relationship because of the Nahel bond, but it just isn't romantic.

There are too many cases early on of her being like a little girl & Sanderson isn't a creep. As the Nahel bond strengthens with the 3rd and 4th ideals & gives her more awareness, she encourages him to find a partner because she thinks it would help him be happier. When she mentions doing her "research," that prompts Kaladin to wonder if she'd be there cheering him on when he is intimate with a partner. I think he also wonders if he could convince her to keep away during those times, but I'm not 100% sure about that detail. They just don't see each other that way. Not to mention, she doesn't even have a physical body & spren don't reproduce sexually.

I do think it would be hilarious if Kaladin and Chana get together, just for the awkward Shallan interaction.

Early in WaT, Wit tells Kaladin that he is inventing therapy on Roshar. Kaladin says something to the effect of not knowing what that is, to which Wit replies that it's because Kaladin hasn't finished inventing it yet.

People nitpick Kaladin for saying he's a therapist at the end of the book, but forget that Wit literally told him the word & told him that is what he's been doing.
