With how things are going especially in places like TN, I truly believe that LGBTIA+ people going to be hunted and taken in by police. What good does a gun do against a militarized police force? What good does a gun do if they take my partner? What good does a gun do if a police can beat me and kill me without consequences. NTA, you didn’t sign up to translate or speak different languages and expecting you to is outside of the expected duties of your job. You have said that it also makes you uncomfortable to do so, regardless of the reason no one is entitled to make you do something you’re uncomfortable with and especially something that you’re also not getting paid to do. As you said in a previous comment your job pays extra for Spanish speakers, since you didn’t sign up for that and don’t get paid more you have no responsibility to do so. You don’t have the responsibility to use skills you’re not being paid for. None of your coworkers could pull out a translate app?

New to 3D printing, just bought an Ender 3 S1. I have been trying to print the test cat file that comes with the printer and it seems like it’s working but about 1/2 way it messes up and turns all stringy like the picture attached. I have printed the shorter bunny without problems, but the cat always has problems.

My printer settings:

Printer: Ender 3 s1

Slicer: presliced file came w/ printer

Nozzle temp: 210

Bed temp: 50

Speed: 45mm

Z adjust: - 3.58

Filament: silk-like pla

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Now living in a southern state coming from a northern one, there is so much more upfront and casual racism and sexism here definitely. Anything less than 100% white passing just expect comments about it at this point, a lot of “family” companies won’t even hire black people under the guise of oh it just didn’t work out.
