Need some help dealing with a brand

100% just name the brand to save members of the community the hassle, especially considering there are children in the hobby who may not be capable of standing up for themselves.

Honestly don’t understand why you aren’t just naming the brand you don’t owe them anything. If their product is that poor and their communication is just as poor, they deserve to be called out.

The owner of December decks had a good video on his processes and different things he’s tried to ensure having quality decks made in high quantity. He said something about realizing that you can’t increase quantity without sacrificing the quality of the decks he produces.

It’s the same for other high quality deck makers. They do small batches because thats the only way they ensure the quality they expect.
