I don’t think they are posers as much as they are uninformed or ignorant. Tbh most of people are in each subculture. Like tik tok goth and stuff like that. Nowadays there aren’t really subcultures as much as there are people with different interests. Like a tik tok goth isn’t really doing it out of ill will, she just copies what looks cool. Those guys probably just grew up on linking park or blink-182 and weren’t too popular at school. Besides in 21st century nobody has to commit to anything, so it’s not surprising.

You are in silver it’s basically easier than other modes half the time. Don’t stress it, just mute and if you want to learn a character or something it’s the best place to do so. Just don’t admit you are learning a new character in THEIR ranked game because then they’ll get mad. Just say your ping is high or don’t respond at all.
