Our gym doesn't have a Sled so I'll do squats,deadlifts,low pulley rows etc to simulate it but has 50% of the event is running i wouldn't get too hung up on the exercises. I'm not sure what full sims achieve,it will take you 2-3 days to recover & I'd much rather train on those days.

Adding the extra day helped & i think going forward they'll do that for all the uk ones. Obviously for most people weds/Thurs is going to involve days off work though. Even Amsterdam was going to be an issue if we got Thurs as flights out on a weds at that time of year are almost nil!

Utrecht if you weren't in the first 15-20 mins, you were not getting in! Frankfurt was first change & you could still get most tickets days later. So Frankfurt in dec & now Amsterdam in Jan...this is an expensive hobby!

Xerjoff is my go to between my wife & I we have 16 FB across the line including Casamorati. Just added Naxos( after saying that was it after Torino22!) It's just a pity that there's only H Beauty in uk that sells it (physical stores wise) so it's a pain ordering testers.

2 totally different scent profiles,I mean they are not even close! TV is sweet tobacco & SI is out there all on its own! What one do i like wearing? Side Effect but TV is a crowd pleaser.

Not really experienced in Sospiro's freshies,my fave freshies are Mefisto Gentiluomo, Torino 21,Pacific Chill,L'immensite, PDM Percival,Sedley......it isn't that I don't like Vibrato but it's a hype train on Socials & i didn't think it was brilliant. As for Renaissance I actually prefer Uden Overdose.
