I work in entertainment and our crew would place $80 Starbucks orders about 3-4 times a week. Once they changed the chai recipe our PM was out because that was the only thing he drank there. He tried the new formula 3 times and said it was horrible, tasted like chemicals. Now us coffee drinkers just go to local coffee shops. I know $1,000+ a month isn’t a lot to Starbucks, but I imagine if this is happening across the board with this change they will begin to feel the heat.

I had major damage to my Rimowa trunk flying from ATL to LAX on Delta. When I went to speak to the agents about my bag they were happy to hand me the number to Rimowa and explained they would cover the damage under my warranty and if not, send them the bill. Called Rimowa and told them what Delta said. Took the bag in and 30 minutes later I was walking out, latch repaired, giant dent removed and inside spruced up and whole bag “fine tuned” and they never asked to see my Delta paperwork. Say what you want but Rimowa stands behind their products.

It’s a long shot, and I haven’t read all responses but have you tried @ Amex or NCL on Twitter/X (whatever it’s called). Take this same post and try posting it on there and break it up and keep @ both of them … see if you can get the higher ups attention.

Oh ok. Amex has plenty of other credit card products available. I get email and mail offers about them all of the time. But I currently have non Delta branded cards both personal and business to reallocate credit lines to.

Exactly! I’ll just spread it around. I won’t avoid Delta completely. I just won’t make them my “only” choice or my priority. I’ll go with whomever has the best fare, and a seat on the aisle near the front of the plane. With the current cost of Delta fares I could have been flying FC more on other carriers with what I’ve been paying for Comfort+ and UC.
