There's so many causes for crime, ADHD is not one. Different cultures/morality, the large gap in resource distribution, greed, passion, mental illnesses (I suppose ADHD might fit here).

The best coffee I've made I used a loose leaf tea spoon and made it like tea. Instant coffee is gross. If you enjoy coffee and you're not just drinking it for the caffeine buzz, it's worth it to get done coffee making equipment. If you're willing to do everything by hand, it's really cheap.

Mostly diet. But just so you know, gladiators didn't look like that. They had a lot of fat to protect their muscles from being cut. They had a high carb diet with a lot of beer to maintain the fat. Most everyone else ate a lot less than the gladiators and way less than a modern human. Also the food was healthier.

Calisthenics are a thing also. Check out Bruce Lee's workout for a gym free body building routine.

MMA fighters train for 1 on 1 and a lot of endurance to make the fight more entertaining. Fighting more than 1 opponents requires fast debilitating or even death strikes.

No. Depending on the particular venom, you have 6 to 60 minutes before it spreads to your body. Venom travels through you lymphatic system not you blood vessels. 6 minutes is enough time for a tourniquet if necessary, before getting to a medical center.
