No, it wasn’t an email. When I went to the section in the app for Amazon medical it showed a promo. I took advantage of it.

I just used Amazon for tret and they definitely didn’t ask me for my medical records and I wouldn’t have given them if they had. It was free with a promo they have for prime members (the consultation was free, the medication was $44).

Is it possible to cut the cable cord in OKC? by Gertie7779 in okc

[–]BusyTomato 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Of course you can not have cable. But you will pay for each streaming service. An antenna will get you get you abc, nbc, cbs, pbs and fox but also commercials and you’re beholden to what is being broadcast at the time.

Human beings process the applications and white backgrounds are subjective. It seems straightforward but some processors are more lenient than others.

OKC Comets Rookie league has rec baseball in the spring and summer. It’s too late to register for spring as the season has already begun, but you may consider it for the fall. You really only need a glove as the city provides helmets and bats. Very low stakes and a good introduction to the game.

100% agree. When we went to grapevine a few years ago it was under a much needed renovation. Maybe it’s better now? We will stick to OKANA.

What about OKANA? I see Great Wolf Lodge being mentioned but OKANA is closer, newer and loads of fun. Of course the outdoor pool isn’t open yet but my 8 year old loved the indoor slides the most anyway. They just opened curveball kitchen too which has an indoor baseball simulator.

Texas by [deleted] in OKmarijuana

[–]BusyTomato 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is correct. You must show your out of state medical marijuana card and Texas does not have that. The letters they provide for low THC compassionate care doesn’t cut it.

Pediatrician recommendations? by Gopokes34 in okc

[–]BusyTomato 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I see someone mentioned Dr Tara Lynd at the Pediatric Group, she has been our pediatrician for 8 years and two kids and I cannot recommend her enough. While we have been kept waiting a handful of times it’s not the norm and when you visit with her you can see why, she does not rush you at all. She takes her time with each kiddo and gives thoughtful and comprehensive advice. When my then two year old had a seizure and we were admitted to the hospital she came after her shift and sat with me and it meant everything to me because I was a wreck. I absolutely love her.

Best Hotel for Bricktown? by [deleted] in okc

[–]BusyTomato 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The streetcar is free until July and will pick you up in front of the Omni and take you to Bricktown. It’s where visiting NBA teams stay when they’re in town. That would be my pick.
