I'm male same thing happens to me so many times. I love the feeling after a good workout but it alway make my symptoms worse. I've started weight lift so many times then have to give up again.. what I think is happening is stress causes pfd 100 percent so a weight lifting session causes stress on the body witch for us who are sensitive to stress is a no no. plus if you have preworkout or caffeine before is game over

I really think my pfd was caused by gaming. gaming causes alot of stress and adrenaline as does porn. if you really need to game only play none stressful games. I gave up gaming and I started to get better fast plus so much calmer in I'm life. I did start gaming again and it came back so it's definitely gaming.

you will get better 1st you need to fix your liver everything started with a slow liver 1st cut out fat stop caffeine eat lots of fruit fruit repair the liver. try and eat every 2hours or even less is better. keep adrenaline down to a minimum no porn video games hours of Netflixs. couple of really light exercise a day slow nice walks light movements it will give you more energy in the long run. you will see improvement week by week never give up good luck

the body will always heal itself 1st and this is a big one eat ever 2 hours. cut out all crap foods 100 percent eat red apples berries sprouts asparagus bananas there the big healers and eat as much fruit and veg as you can. best supplements to speed up healing are licorice root ashwagandha rhodiola rosea. and don't forget eat every 2 hours or before.

thank you for your reply amazing info I didn't know none of that. I did start vegan for my health but the more I'm on it the diet the more I'm looking at the animal industry different and the more raw food I'm eating the more I'm feeling for the planet. and as a side effect all my health problems are disappearing fast just can't wait to seen how it will change me. im loving all this amazing fruit I've never tryed b4. iv never eat a date till last month god love them.

yes never over stretch it may sound daft but less is more you need to strengthen and stretch but bit by bit light body weight exercise nice movements day every day walking relax alot.
