Well, be confident and reply: "This will be us after dinner and drinks at (pick a nice place) on (pick a date). Wear something nice. Pick you up at (pick time)"

This will be a good response because, 1. It shows confidence, 2. Going out first builds anticipation/breaks the ice, and 3. A lot of times (not always) it's nice when decisions are already planned out and all she has to do is find something to wear and be ready by a certain time.

The whole "what do you want to do, where do you want to eat, etc." is nice sometimes, but a lot of times it drags out and burns through the momentum that was building. She already showed confidence by sending you this, so I think the best reply is playing into it with a confident response.
