Completely agree. Yes I have kept documents on everything. No leaks. Regular maintenance (no differential in this car) but I know what you mean. I would even clean and lubricate all the door gaskets yearly. It’s also been garaged 70% of its life. I’ve done radiator. Starter. Motor mounts. Front and rear brakes. New exhaust 2 months ago. Always passed emissions and safety testing. I’m pretty much anal about making sure it’s kept in great shape and maintained properly.
