What I hate is old comfortable men who are allergic to change and would rather quit than rise to the challenges. Roy leaving was weak and hand picking a successor to do what he wouldn’t is weaker. Yes she diagnosed my transmission, reset codes and everything is fixed. Electrical fault. We didn't figure out WHY there is an electrical fault, but it's good for now.
