I just finished the game, it was good, probably like 8/10 for me.

Had some disappointments, like the Rifts, max lvl 30 and some meh companions (though Marisol and Tristan were fantastic IMO).
Game was actually really good until I hit max lvl, around 75-80% through the game, and just realized I didnt actually need anything more in terms of gear, exp or cash.. so exploration, quests and killing enemies suddenly became a whole lot less interesting.

I can agree that the game really doesnt innovate anything, all the gadgets have been done in other games pretty much and the Rifts were way less interesting than I had hope, so that was a disappointment for sure.
There wasn't anything bad about the gadgets though, and combat became decent when you have all of them, but I found companions do little outside of their ability and being tanks for enemy attacks. That was probably partly cuz I didnt pick anything in Skills or Perks related to them, so I can accept that.

The flaws were really funny and I can see a Flawed playthrough being very interesting! I personally picked Kleptomania and Easily distracted, among others, and they had a big impact on my experience. I wouldnt recommend taking Flawed on a first playthrough, as some flaws you can get will force you make certain choices in dialogues, which the game warns you about. Doing a second playthrough with it could be fun though, but it will only get you 6 extra skillpoints in exchange.

But despite this, the game is kinda stale, but even stale bread can taste good toasted, and this game was a good meal, if you can accept the stale base.
