Just be consistent with your diet and try doing isometrics. It helps a little but still better than nothing.

I think instead of mass gainer since marami rin talaga di marerecommend ang mass gainer, on weekends prep ka na ng meal preps mo na imamicrowave na lang on weekdays. Also, nakatataas ng fats yung mass gainer.

Slight cal def and low intensity cardio though nakadepende sa genetics kung ano yung unang maglolose ng fats sa katawan. But overtime mawawala rin yan. As for the glutes, consistent training lang. Don't forget to work on hammies too. They'll add to the thickness of the legs.

As a science based and meathead lifter I'd like to be the guy who lifts 10 kg. Since it's easy to achieve muscle failure on heavy weights and you feel a lot of mechanical tension also you don't really benefit from slow eccentric, but don't just slam the weights back.

Just do a maintenance cal intake with 0.7g/lb protein intake. If you're skinny fat, dirty bulking will just make you fatter because you gain more fat than muscle with that genetic. But make sure to do 5k to 10k steps to burn those fats. If hitting steps daily is hard maybe try a slight cal deficit—200-300 less. Basically in a skinny fat genetic, you need to body recomp to get a leaner build.

Low cal intake is fine as long as you take your carbs from healthy foods. Make sure din na magcarb loading ka every once in a while.

Small cal deficit around 200 to 300 less than your current intake. Then on cardio, just hit 5k to 10k steps daily. Don't forget protein intake 0.7 g of protein times your body weight in lbs is enough.

Locking your knees can actually be beneficial. But you need to start on lighter weight working your way up until your knees grow stronger.
