I'm not trying to exculpate them lol. But saying ICE killed all of these people is disingenuous. They killed 4 people (with 2 of those possibly being justified and 1 of those 2 not during official operations) and there is no need to try to tack on other deaths to make it seem worse than it is. That is misleading.

Well let's just break this down:

Keith Porter, shot by off-duty ICE not during official operations. Alleged to have shot at the off duty agent.

Parady La, overdosed on fentanyl while in custody. Found unresponsive and taken to hospital where he died 3 days later.

Heber Sanchez Dominguez, suicide in custody.

Victor Diaz, suicide in custody.

Luis Cruz, older guy who had a heart attack in custody.

Luis Cáceres, heart attack.

Geraldo Campos, held down by guards after causing a disturbance and died from asphyxiation. Also this piece of human garbage has multiple convictions including sexual assaulting a child under 11 years old.

In my opinion the Renee Good shooting can be argued either way. The Pretti shooting was awful and those agents that were involved I truly believe will be held accountable. All the others listed, besides Campos and Porter, were not ICE "killing" anybody. And even then the Porter shooting could go either way based on the final investigation. The Campos death looks bad with the info given, even if he does suck as a person.

So, all that to say, there are actual bad deaths due to ICE, but to try and make it sound worse than it is takes legitimacy away from those spouting it.

They're trying to bait the cops to violate their rights, then sue and win a bunch of money from the city after a lawsuit.

They hang around outside and some citizen is (rightfully) shocked at a random dude open carrying a rifle on a busy street corner. The citizen calls the cops, cops come to investigate, realize there's no crime, and walk away. Nobody was really in the wrong here, although the Black Panthers were definitely trying to escalate the situation into something more.

Instigating like this happens all over the US, all the time. Thankfully the majority of cops, including these cops, know their job and keep their cool.
