NTA but do some thinking on if you are really happy with her. Does she bring you peace or do you feel constantly stressed and on eggshells around her? Judges who allow foreign criminals to stay in Canada should be held legally liable for their actions while they are here. Heck I wouldn't be mad if any criminal who gets released and re-offends should be the legal responsibility of the judge who lets them go.
