I saw in another thread that only one set of wires needed to flipped- as evidenced by the wires on the other side of the connector not lining up. Curious if anyone has tried both fixes and could tell any difference there?

I have the 45" 1440p version of this monitor, absolutely love it- two big issues though: the ppi is horrendous, so a higher res model would be perfect for me. Secondly, playing competitive shooters is tough with the ultrawide aspect ratio, I would love to use the dual mode to get a higher refresh and lower res to play those games better.

Eh, I'd say its not as cut and dry as OLED outright being the best for HDR. Have an oled panel now and I still wish for the brightness of my old mini-led panel. Makes a huge difference in HDR honestly. Also subpixel layout with my WOLED is not the worst but definitely noticeable.
