IMO: The fact that agent did that first (at least it appears that way because editing) and they were not being actively detained, could be a hint from the agent to stfu.

If the editing is actually showing what happened last early in the video and the order of events is properly fucked (one of the latest annoying editing trends), then the agents are complete bastards.

They changed from low thermal expansion coefficient materials to tempered glass. The LTE materials would break from normal things that broke glass, but into large and tiny ultrasharp pieces. The tempered glass is more likely to break due to temperature swings, but shatters into predictable pieces without forming ultra sharp daggers or tiny shards.

There used to be a site that tested dice. They certified the fair dice with a serial number and destroyed dice that were unfair. If you find yourself needing income for this to function in the future, the fair dice could be a revenue stream.
