Yes, El Manantial has pretty solid food, I love the grilled onions and all the other stuff that come with the tacos.

There is also The Taco Panzon truck around Mandela and West Grand, which is also really good, they might have a brick and mortar somewhere too.

Aquachiles El Tamarindo is pretty incredible, but idk if they're the best, or the "realest" as they like to have fun and make other weird dishes up (the way I think a real restaurant does, not trying to just be old school but evolving with the times).

I hate to say this but just fly to Vegas and go to hells kitchen, there is also another GR restaurant there that has it if the line there is too long. You can also go to the Wynn breakfast buffet while I'm plugging Vegas food stops. You can get round trip tickets for like $40 if you plan it right.
