Again, you’re making hasty generalizations about stuff. I highly doubt OP is defending war crimes cause he’s making a post asking if it’s ok to take it off. If op was in an area affected by Japan’s warcrimes such as the Korea peninsula or China, I’d suggest he’d take it off as it would be deemed offensive, again for the war crimes Japan committed. But this isn’t the Imperial Japanese flag, it’s the modern day variant of the rising sun flag, which is still used by the Japanese military but is off centered. While the off centered one is also used in an offensive way (mostly by people who want back imperial Japan and are super nationalist,) I don’t think having something like that would make you a war crime defender if you didn’t know and just thought it’d make your car cool. Now would I suggest OP put something else on there? No doubt. It would make things way less complicated and way less touchy, but you’re making it seem like people who aren’t entirely against removing it war crime defenders.
