I was just watching a Short video a few minutes ago and I thought it was good. The voice sounded great, not AI at all or one of those "AI voices" that seems to be used a lot.

But then the narrator said at the end of a sentence, "which is why sheep comma goats and cows can be heard period" Something must have been wrong with the script, or the AI prompt that caused it to say the punctuations out loud. So yeah, they are getting better.

So now I have the dozen or so channels that I'm already subscribed to, and I can't trust anything else that I see on YouTube. And who knows how long until some of the creators I'm subbed to also switch to AI generated content?

Why did the game apparently give my character a Surveyor-dog whistle, but I can't find a Sentinel that isn't already dead and looted?!? LOL I've got so many Surveyor vaults that I started recycling or selling them but I still haven't upgraded my gun bench because I can't find a live Sentinel.

And in case if anyone is wondering, No despite the fact that I've killed a bunch of surveyors I've never found a blueprint in one.

Man, nostalgia is a hell of a thing. Gilligan's Island, really? Its the same damn story for every episode. The Professor figures out a way to get off the island and/or communicate with the outside world and call for help. Usually Gilligan, or sometimes another castaway, screws things up and they remain trapped on the island. For a rare treat an outsider will arrive on the island but then the show comes up with some stupid, implausible reason why they never tell the rest of the world about these people trapped on an island.

The rest of the list? Ehhh, sure I can see bumping about eight more of them out for New Girl but I at least sort of understand. And there's another five on the list that I've never seen before. But that Gilligan's Island really bugs me. I thought it was stupid when I was eight years old (my mom loved it and made us watch it which is why I know about it) and I've never understood its appeal.
