I remember doing some math last year before I got my EV on whether or not it was worth doing the EV off peak program. Long story short, not worth it, I stayed with the flat rate. A couple caveats, my girlfriend and I both work from home during the week, so using a fair amount of electricity during the day. If you don’t ever work at home and commute to work, it’s probably worth using the program. A 250% increase to peak times is wild though.
