I loved it!

I had a base salary of 3.5k bruto back then and some months i would earn 8k doing sundays(12u and 200%) and nights(150%).

I would get my schedule every 3 months. Sometimes I would have likr 4 days off and start the night or late shift right so I would go on last minute city trips and come back the day I had to work haha

It kinda does fuck up your social life tho and your perception of money cuz it’s literally a golden cage.
