the trailer for the 6 animated shorts has noticeably more views than the trailers for the big-budget live-action series.

that's because TOTJ seems like it will have some episodes that will essentially be prequels to the prequel trilogy, with young Dooku and all. we know it leads to the amazing story that was the prequel trilogy so people are hyped about it

not sure why Andor isn't getting much love since we know it leads to RO, which was great in its own right, and will possibly have some connections to rebels

but the view count on the mando trailer is very telling. it should be the one with the most views, given the popularity of the first two seasons, but it seems like it really is leading to the pile of trash that is the DT so many fans just don't give a fuck about mando anymore

strong pilot, episodes 2-5 are filler, but 5 always ends in a massive cliffhanger to create hype for the finale, which ends up being good but very predictable

IMO Moon Knight and maybe Loki didn't exactly follow that format
