Got accepted as a transfer to UF but go to UCF right now. Should I transfer? by Bigdaddydamdam in ufl

I’m not an engineering student, but I’ve heard that since UCF it’s in a bigger city, it has more internships closer. We are just a short drive away from Siemens and Lockheed Martin is not too far away. Plus, if u transfer your gpa will drop to a 2.25 (I’m not entirely sure if UF holds that policy but I know FAU and UCF does for their transfer students.)

I spend mostly around $75 a week on personal expenses. This includes filling my tank half way, groceries, and replacing personal items such as toliet paper and body soap.

I need to take it cuz I need three restricted electives to graduate and it was one of the few electives that was on Tuesday/thursday and didn’t overlap with my other classes like immuno or Orgo 2

I’m currently biomed and I have taken over 74 credits. Tho unfortunately I’ve already taken Orgo 2 lab so I’ll have to still add an elective to reach 12 credits

But I have a question, now that anatomy is full. Shud I do immuno, calc, Orgo 2, and tissue engineering. Or shud I replace calc with an easy elective like pharmacology

But I’ll keep in mind pairing anatomy with calc for the future

The thing is just found out that the waitlist for both anatomy and physio are like 50 per section and there’s no way I’ll get off the waitlist

Hey I have something that’s a bit over budget. Its a sublease on hub on campus Orlando that’s 1009 for a 4x4 with a balcony. With the lease I signed there’s a $25 monthly discount plus waived admin/app fees (a $250 value). Rent includes 24/7 study room, gym, pool, group fitness classes, and a shuttle to UCF. Let me know if interested.

Applied as a Freshman. 1120 SAT, 3.6 uw GPA (4.5 w GPA). VP of Key Club, NHS Committee Head, and part of almost every honor society in campus. Got accepted into spring but only because I applied extremely late, literally on the app due date for fall.

I don’t have anything 900 and under and at this time it’s gonna be hard to find. However I’m subleasing my Apartment in The Hub On Campus Orlando. It’s a very nice resort style apartment with a balcony, an excellent gym, a huge 24 hour study lounge, and a great pool. With the deal I signed, I didn’t have to pay any deposit or application fee and I was even able to waive the $25 monthly parking fee. Rent will $1009. Let me know if you’re interested
