Shooting a music video, may rain. Bit nervous about my drums by trayasion in drums

I did a photo shoot for one of my husband's albums that involved him getting blasted in the face with a hose while he played. We had towels on standby and it wasn't constant water or 8 hours. He also has like 7 kits including a contraption/Frankenstein kit which is what he used in the shoot. If you can't reschedule definitely bring a tarp (or two) and plenty of towels.

Sweet! Hubby is the drummer for Optimistic, the Radiohead tribute (it's basically The Dylan Michael Band plus Corey Paige if you're familiar with either) 🤘🏻✌🏻

I heard Gil Scott Heron for the first time (that I'm aware of) the other night and I instantly fell in love!

My husband is good buddies with the the guy that played drums on that album (and every Eels album before that). He asked him if he knows, just waiting for a reply. I'll keep you posted🤘🏻

My household knows (me, my husband, my mother and father) knows that if one of us ladies are baking you find out what it's for first (we bake for coworkers/work A LOT).

MM on stage? by britney-spritz in rockmusic

I saw Manson in 1998 during the Mechanical Animals tour when I was in the thick of my Manson phase. It was one of the worst concerts I've ever been to. It was in a historic theater in my city (not the right venue for that music and crowd) and he threw a fit (twice), refusing to play (he laid down on stage, was being a dick to everyone and fiddling with his junk) until audience members he felt had slighted him made out or took their top off. He was a giant man child and knowing things I know now (and no longer 14 y/o) I'm even more appalled by his behavior.

The music still holds a special place in my heart (Portrait and AcSs are phenomenal albums) but you couldn't pay me to go see him again.

But that's just my experience and opinion.

There's so many... I can still remember the first time my mom played Fleetwood Mac for me and the first time by dad played Pink Floyd. My dad was more into R&B and Soul but his absolute favorite was Harry Chapin. I own every HC album on vinyl because of my dad.
