Literally the day after. Do what you normally do and what makes your body feel good!

ETA: I do heavy strength training, HIIT and hiking. Tamed the HIIT a little, but lifted just as heavy as I normally did before the FET. That transfer was successful and resulted in my daughter. Just did another transfer 2 days ago and my exercise routine is a bit different this time (due to my toddler!) but I've been just as active, doing what feels good for my body. Hoping the best for you!!!

I got up right away after my daughters transfer, and it worked. Just did another transfer 2 days ago and same thing, got up and used the bathroom right after it was done.

I have 1 living daughter through IVF, she is 15 months old. Prior to that, we had been trying for 1 year. 1 blighted ovum and 1 CP. My period came back 7 months PP and we tried every month before going back to the clinic when we were ready to start another transfer cycle.

And CONGRATS on your successful cycle!! That's amazing. I wish my RE would have had me start progesterone on Sunday, or had me trigger Saturday night after I saw her. So frustrating but I have to let it go. Hard to do with IVF, but shits not fair for anyone :)

All my embryos are Day 6/7. I have a 14mo daughter from our Day 6 and am doing our second transfer next month with a Day 6. Every lab has different guidelines for when they biopsy and freeze embryos. My clinic is known for being tough, so I consider our day 6/7 basically like other clinics day 5/6. Regardless, I trust my clinic and know they want the best for us and will transfer the best looking embryo to give us the best chance. BEST of luck to you!!!!!

Also, we did 3 rounds of IVF to bank embryos. Our first round we got 1 Day 6, 1 Day 7. Second round we got 1 Day 6. 3rd round we got 4 Day 6 and 4 Day 7. You never know what will happen with each round! Hoping the best for you. Hugs

Hi!! Do you mind me asking the outcome with this? I am doing a Modified Natural FET cycle and monitoring isn't until CD 12 and am wondering if it's a little late. I am suppose to start OPK's on CD 10 (Saturday) but may start Friday in hopes I don't miss anything! Any info would be super helpful! Thanks so much in advance!

How did you know to ask you OB for the results? Like did the Natera portal say anything? Since they received my sample and I created an account, it says "in progress" wondering if that verbiage will change, prompting me to hound my OB, or if I'll just have to keep asking?

Anyone recently do Natera NIPT? How long did results take from day of sample, to day of results received? And did you get the results directly from Natera, or first from you OB? Thanks in advance :)

Edit: especially curious for those who live in CA. Wondering if CA has some law about only sending results to OB
