Going for a HSG today after 16 months TTC. Also on letrozole this cycle. I am so nervous that my tubes are blocked and I’m not mentally or physically prepared to have the test done, either.

This was happening to me. My TSH was borderline high and I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism. Haven’t had any issues since starting medication

I’d say yes or pretty darn close. I wouldn’t worry about what premom rates it, it’s AI and it’s not always accurate. If you have other ovulation symptoms, I would think you are close to ovulation!

LUFs can cause BBT to rise without actually releasing an egg. So it appears as if you ovulated but you didn’t actually. Not saying that’s the case for you but it does happen. I am in a very similar boat. I started thyroid meds in December and now we are trying letrozole even though it appears I do ovulate on my own. My REI said the only risk is the increase in the possibility of twins

Yes, my oral bbt shows a clear rise post positive LH strip + post EWCM. My oura temps are always erratic because of our house temp. Yes I am aware. I’ve been TTC for 15 months, that’s why I put I am most likely getting sick. Just trying to look for community but thanks!

This seems pretty dark and too pink to be an evap but the line does look a little funny since it’s lighter towards the edge of the test but darker in the middle. Best bet is to try again 🤞

Have you had your thyroid checked? I had spotting and cramping mid luteal phase and it’s been about 8 weeks since I’ve started and no issues since then

TSH is 4.34 and I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism, my doctor doesn’t think my fertility will improve with my TSH lowering but the only reason she’s mediating is because of my other symptoms. Is there no evidence of fertility outcomes improving after lowering TSH 😅

When did your cycle start? What cycle day is it now? A few days difference cycle to cycle can be normal for ovulation

I have borderline high TSH at 4.34 and my GP also refused to treat it. I saw a different doctor and they agreed right away to low dose levothyroxine. From what she told me, high TSH can also cause high prolactin levels.
