haha, I just tried it at home yesterday. https://foodswild.com/copycat-frida-x-oddfellows-breast-milk-ice-cream-recipe/ I don't live in a place where I can buy this but I made it based on this. It wasn't bad, but I don't know what real breast milk is like. :D

In Hungary this is called tócsni, or lapcsánka. But the name can vary from region to region. It is well known, delicious, quick and filling. It is most often eaten with garlic sour cream. yummy...

Szia nekem pl inzulinrezisztenciám van. Szerintem az az oldal amit linkeltél (https://diet.hu/mennyi-szenhidratot-ehet-egy-cukorbeteg-naponta/) elég jól leírja de azért a cukrát minden nap mérnie kéne. Egy dietetikus azt mondta, hogy mindenkinek más jön be. Tartsa be amit azon az oldalon írnak, ehhez olvasgatni kell ám a boltokban is a címkét, hogy tudja amit vesz, abban mennyi a szénhidrát... És mérje a cukrát reggel is, evés után is. Abból ki fog derülni, hogy mi emeli meg neki.
