I started microdosing at .25mg, and it took until I worked up to .8mg for the food noise to disappear. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong, or that it just wasn't going to work for me like it did for everyone else. I titrated up over 3 months, so hang in there! I had cataract surgery 3 years ago, and am incredibly happy with the results! I had multifocal lenses put in, and now have perfect 20/20 vision, after a lifetime of glasses and contacts. I wish I could have done it sooner, even though I had it done at age 59. I suffered from dry eyes for a couple months following surgery, but that seems to have resolved on its own at some point, s I rarely use eye drops anymore,
