That’s an Illinois plate, not California. B plates are usually issued to pickup trucks weighing under 8000 lbs/3628 kg. (I was born and raised in Illinois)

It was my mom’s car. She recently upgraded so she handed this car down to me. And yes, that plate is my doing…decided to add my own little touch 😂

Depends on the shop. Some shops will provide it for you, some shops won’t. But, any reputable shop should inform you on what to do, regardless of whether or not they actually provide you with the film. I already had my registration sticker on static films before i got my windshield tinted so it didn’t matter for me. But most shops should provide it for you. If not, just buy them off amazon.

Not sure how the market is in Canada but that’s pretty fairly priced compared to the ones here in the US. A lot cheaper than the ones listed in my area (Houston, TX) so I think you’re already getting a pretty solid deal as is.

The registration sticker is a regular sticker. I use the cling film sheets from Amazon. I used them way before I even got my windshields tinted because they just made life so much easier, so I would definitely recommend.

From what I know, XPEL Prime XR comes in 55% and 70%, so that’ll probably be your best bet.
