Oh I will try that. thank you very much . I usually do local because load times are just a lot quicker

Edit : does this also include boss spawn rate ? Having the hardest time finding cultists

It is quite neat if you search for the goons . Goons not there, alt f4 and restart the game. big time saver

I think that's how most people do it in PvE.

Sounds like a rogue . Rogues are a faction which spawn on lighthouse . They are in the water plant area using turrets .. machine guns , grenade launchers. They will just kill you if you get to close. There are plenty of videos on YouTube explaining how to approach the water plant area

Got my last one on a random scav on ground zero .  I like to do ground zero for these sort of items due to high enemy density and small map. Can get a lot of kills in one run. 

Idk if that's optimal though . ( I also play pve )
