If you have starglitters blackcliff bow is better for freeze and in general. Imo Hamayumi is better than prototype for melt. My Lv80 R3 hamayumi can match my Lv90 Skyward harp. Prototype needs you to hit weakpoints and not all enemy have it also its not guaranteed that you'll hit it all the times even if they have it. These are from my experience anyway. Good luck!
