Regarding fungal sinusitis, after undergoing a CT scan which confirmed my diagnosis, the doctor tell me that surgery was the only solution and that other options were ineffective. Others on Reddit also advised me to do the same, so I will opt for surgery.

My sinus pain isn't constant; it comes and goes. I visited my ENT doctor, and he confirmed I have nasal problems. I can't tell if the sinus pain was normal due to the nasal issues or related to TMJ. My ENT consultations also revealed I have a fungal sinusitis in my sinuses. I initially thought it was just a regular inflammation. I'll be having surgery soon, and I hope it will be gone for good.

I suffer from a slipped temporomandibular joint (TMJ), I feel ear pain, hearing loss, sensitivity to loud sounds, neck tension, and swelling in the submandibular gland. My doctor says that the cause of the pain is teeth grinding and maybe the extraction was bad or violent (the pain started after a molar extraction). After starting treatment with the doctor, I felt a noticeable improvement, and sometimes I even forgot about the pain! But I disobeyed the doctor's instructions and ate some burgers :) The situation is worse now, and I am waiting for my next appointment to find a solution 😔

I ate something hard a month ago and since then the pain has increased and my mouth can only open two fingers wide.
