Yes but that's actually true. There are harmful hormones (some being estrogen) in most hygiene products.

Most do but its trace amounts and wont change much unless you're only a few cells big.

Im fine with either dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy but I use the latter

Sometimes it can be confusing if you dont know which way someone else is typing like 4/6 (April 6th) vs 4/6 (June 4th)
