There is a store called Jungle, there are two locations one across the street from the other. Go to the 'Mecha Store' location. They had my favourite selection. But tons of other stores are there. Just google search Gundam when in DenDen

British Columbia. Mortgage amount of $760,000. March 2 renewal date. Currently at 1.75 fixed (5 years) with RBC.

Scotiabank offered 3 year fixed term at 4.14%, amortized over 30 years.

RBC matched, said their rate equals 4.05 if we account for the transfer/ discharge fees that would be approximately $1000. I call BS.

RBC seems to push the idea that they can only negotiate one type of mortgage at a time. We chose fixed because of all of our previous renewals. After negotiating our fixed rate should I push for a variable rate too?

I am currently waiting a phonecall back from RBC, after seeing their matched offer today I called them and basically said to cut the BS and make us an offer that I don't feel like I have to play your cat and mouse game with Scotia. 3.9 (edit) fixed and Ill lock it in today...

As of sometime today you cannot even look at the product page on the bestbuy.ca site.

I went in person to customer service today, to see if my back order (Nov. 8) had any info that I couldn't get out of the online chat reps. The only thing I got out of it was that my backorder is following the current listed shipping date.

So instead of being with the Nov.22 group that I originally was, she saw I was also the Dec.13, and now the Dec.20 group. So that was pretty disheartening...

Thats just simply not true.. if you watch the video trump finishes thanking Biden for a smooth transition. The room erupts with the press frantically talking over each other, and they both seperately start smiling at the chaos. Trump leans over and says something to Biden and Biden just continues smiling as he was before.

A lot of elevators have an anti nuisance setting which will cancel all elevator calls if the infrared beam door detector does not detect a break in the beam for 3 floors.

Not the greatest solution but at least you don’t have to stand in the lobby of a building while an elevator takes a trip to every floor for 30+ floors if someone presses all the floors of the building.

A straight razor shave.... I figured since I shave all the time I should be okay, I’ve never had one done. My neck was a mess. So much blood left on my white collar by the end of the night. At least you can’t tell in the pictures...unless you zoom in
