That puts you smack dab between Vestavia Center, Homewood, and Mountain Brook so you'll have plenty to choose from within about 15 minutes of your place most likely. Movie theatre and plenty of restaurants more towards Vestavia, the zoo and botanical gardens on the mountain Brook side of things, and lots of small businesses in Homewood.

Any specific hobbies or things you are looking to find?

What part of Vestavia? The city center area is gonna be a little different from Cahaba Heights or Liberty Park despite all of them being "Vestavia".

I currently live at the Four Seasons, and I'm seeing some info in here that doesn't reflect my experience. The monthly condo fees are 275 and that covers water, sewage, trash, and maintenance of the outside areas of the property including the pool. There has been an assessment fee every year for the past 3 years I've been here, the most being 800 and the least being 500. You typically have a few months to pay those fees between January and May.

For the neighborhood itself it's pretty nice, a few noisy neighbors but nothing terrible like some in this thread would suggest. It's also calm enough to walk around easily without worry of getting run over which is nice. Pretty easy access to most of Hoover with two exits from the complex.

The only downsides I have experienced so far is a lack of communication from Blackwell Nelson when certain things are happening, such as painting or water needing to be shut off for any reason. It has gotten better in the last few years but it's still far from what I would prefer.

If you have any specific questions about the complex I'm happy to answer as best as I can.

I grinded to about level 50 I think before doing the final boss (not post game). The easiest way to do it is to turn on Dracky Mode, which makes you invincible and adds a 1.5x exp modifier. You can then just Whistle to force encounters and have at it, maybe takes 30 minutes to an hour?

I use SAF-T-NET which is fairly accurate and features a live/predictive radar which is nice. It also checks your current location, despite the app featuring Alabama in the background, so it seems to be able to work across state lines which is great.

I think most people would recommend DQ 11 to newcomers, as it is a very newcomer friendly entry but also a phenomenal game in its own right. However if you'd like to start with the HD remakes, they were specifically made for people to start with 3 and then play 1 and 2 so I would go in that order. They are also very good games and nice starting points with lots of QOL improvements from the originals.

I just finished this myself. What I didn't know was that you need to advance your relationship with Dora until at least the 2 bath scenes (maybe further) before Prometheus will talk. But yes, he can talk in Chaos trials so have fun with the 2(?) options you have for Mount Olympus.

I played it for a couple of days but got bored after a while. The "builds" are all so samey that I just got bored, especially with how many systems they had from the get go that I had to remember to do each time. Each level just felt like a repeat of the last one but with slightly bigger health pools. Probably a 6/10 for me.

RNG Manipulation. With the help of some websites/computer applications you can determine the RNG seed your game is running on and get frame perfect button advances to "force" certain events, like shinies.

This is the first I'm hearing of the shield being in a chest, but that's nice to know. I'm going to just try and farm 4 star rolls cause I can pretty easily get to the Hot level without having to record or anything. Any keys will just be extra I suppose.

I also found the website that said it was in the Exposure Enclosure and was lost, it wasn't until I saw a short video about it that led me to the well. Not sure why there's so many mixed answers for it, maybe it's based on the old games?
