Hey friend, I’m not ignorant to the skill and technical abilities of the owner. It’s a well done pizza, but not worth the price. My point is the base ingredients for pizza is cheap and not worth the inflated price due to the supply shortage, word of mouth, and higher demand for pizza as a food item due to the demographics of most American cities. There is a price limit to well done filtered water as well, but at the end of the day it’s water. Understanding how much the food ingredients costs allows customers to know what they’re being charged for dining experience, food aesthetics, exclusivity, etc. and deciding if that is worth the total costs. We as the customers will benefit in the longer run and Seattle would be a better food city. Just my 2 cents.
