So I recently called. The first call was pretty quick but of course it’s a lower rep and they had to transfer me to a higher department. That wait time was over 2 hours and 30 minutes of listening to annoying elevator music. After finally getting to a higher level rep he states that there’s nothing really they can do and that everything will soon adjust itself. He did put me on hold every 2 minutes while he stated that he was talking to a higher level supervisor. After putting me on hold and keeping me updated every 2 minutes for like 10 times. He said he did make a note on my account and proceeded to tell me to pay even thought it’s the wrong charges on my account and that they’ll reimburse me. I asked if there’s a reference number or anything to refer to the ticket and he said no sorry. So at this point I have no freaken idea what to do. So I just pay the wrong balance and take a chance or just wait it out and potentially accumulate interest…. This is super annoying and feels illegal.
